Sapore: Sweet, sapid, of cooked lactic, light goat scent, predominantly the aromatic note of sun-dried Sicilian thyme
Stagionatura: minimum 3 months

The paste is semi-hard, compact. The texture is long, round, melting and fragrant with the unique notes of Mediterranean thyme.
