The creamy stage of gorgonzola is the absolute best. So delicious and not so pungent. Beautiful cheese.

Where were you with this advice when I started my business 33 years ago? 😁 Not only don’t I have cheese, I cannot imagine ever becoming the millionaire I thought I’d be when I was 20 and went into business. Can’t complain though. Life is good 😊
