Where you can fine-tune your gastronomic pleasures, starting from the morning coffee and right through the whole day, until the evening aperitif, with the chance to taste some selected gourmet products, including exceptional charcuterie and cheeses, as well as cold and hot local recipes.
Our award-winning cheeses produced with cow’s, goat’s and buffalo’s milk come directly from the legendary dairy plant Perenzin Latteria, located in the building right next to our Cheese Bar.
PER is the perfect place to taste our cheeses, just as natural as they are on a platter or else reinterpreted in the recipes of our kitchen.
The International Academy of Cheese Making Art is located here as well: a training school that transmits the ancient expertise of traditional cheese-makers.
