Super fresh cheese, milky to the taste and with a mild goat aroma. Sold by the slice, Magrello can be served with a dash of exta virgin olive oil and pepper or other flavourings; also delicious browned in a pan, on its own or enveloped in bacon or pancetta. Available between February and November.
